Cheap but effective: Grapeseed Oil for natural hair and face/skin

pretty flower we had haha
I LOVE this oil! It keeps my hair and face SOFT! Plus a little goes a long a way. It is very inexpensive, at Holland and Barrett its like £3.69, so I know it can be found elsewhere even cheaper. Check out the benefits of using grapeseed oil! ->
A few attributes of the oil
- Very light
- Contains tons of vitamin E
- Has a high smoke point
- Inexpensive
- Contains linoleic acid
- Contains lots of fatty acids
-Odorless

On Skin/ Face -
- Does not clog pores

- Leaves skin feeling supple and soft

- According to SeedGuides -  A compound found in the oil can "provide protection against cellular and tissue damage caused by free radicals" It is also stated that it is good sun protection. In addition to that, "The linoleic acid found in grape seed oil can be very beneficial in skin conditions like acne, dermatitis, and eczema. Linoleic acid can soothe and nourish the skin, and help it to repair. Vitamin E, on the other hand, keeps the skin firm and smooth. Grape seed oil is easily absorbed by the body, and it can be used for reducing age spots, sunburn, wrinkles and stretch marks as well."

- Good makeup remover!

- Full of anti-oxidants

-Score Skin Care says it cleans out pores too!

On Hair -
- Seals in moisture
- Does not clog pores
- Contains ceramides so it helps to strengthen the strand
- Some say it can be used as a heat protectant but I am not too certain about that
- According to Oil for Hair, the oil can help with dandruff and seborrheic dermatitis
- Makes hair shinyy
- Smoothes the cuticles
- Great for hot oil treatments
